These terms apply to travel arrangements, tour planning, ticketing and tourist transportation services arranged by Open Heart Travels & Tours Pvt. Ltd., New Road, Pokhara, Nepal.

Enquiries made through this website are requests, not confirmed bookings. A booking is confirmed only once our team has confirmed availability with you in writing and any required payment has been received.

Fares, departure times and availability are confirmed at the time of booking and may change according to the operator, airline or conditions on the day. We do not publish live schedules or prices on this website.

Transportation, flights and other services are carried out by the relevant operators and airlines under their own conditions of carriage. Where we act as a ticketing and arrangement agent, those operator conditions also apply to your journey.

Travellers are responsible for valid travel documents, permits and any required insurance. Mountain weather, road conditions and other factors outside our control may affect journeys; we will assist with alternatives wherever possible.
