Information we collect
When you send an enquiry through this website, call us or message us, we collect the details you choose to provide — typically your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, travel dates, destination, number of travellers and the message you write.
How we use your information
We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, prepare travel arrangements, issue tickets and stay in contact with you before and during your journey.
Sharing
Where a booking requires it, your details may be shared with the transport operator, airline or service provider handling that part of your journey. We do not sell your information to third parties.

We keep enquiry and booking records for as long as needed to support your travel and to meet normal business record-keeping. You can ask us to correct or delete your details at any time by writing to openheartpkr@gmail.com.
