How changes, cancellations and refunds are handled.
Requesting a cancellation or change
To cancel or change a confirmed booking, contact us as early as possible by phone, WhatsApp or email. Requests are handled during our office hours in Pokhara, Nepal.
Operator and airline conditions
Tourist bus tickets, domestic flights and mountain flights are subject to the cancellation, change and refund conditions of the operator or airline issuing the ticket. Any charges they apply are passed on as issued.
Tours and custom arrangements
For tours and custom travel arrangements, applicable charges depend on the services already confirmed on your behalf. We confirm the exact terms with you in writing before you commit to a booking.
Disruption beyond our control
Where weather, road conditions, flight cancellations or similar events disrupt travel, we will work with you and the operators to arrange alternatives where possible.
